Sightseeing and Food After the Boston Marathon

Tuesday, April 16, 2019: The day after the Boston Marathon, the weather was absolutely fantastic. I hurried over to Trinity Church with my medal to snap some photos and also watched the Boston Marathon FINISH LINE being repainted. There, I met Olly Cheng, a fellow runner from Taiwan. After waiting in line for over an hour, I got my name and finish time engraved on the back of my medal for free. Next, I headed across the street to the Boston Public Library, and finally wandered through the famous Quincy Market to try the renowned lobster roll, wrapping up a fulfilling and spontaneous day.
